In this episode, I talk about mobile addiction and the underlying patterns that cause it.
Believe me, I speak from personal experience here.
I’ve realized that when I’m my best self (more conscious, present and centred) I naturally use my mobile less.
And I was definitely my best self after the Ibiza retreat I went on in April, with the amazing Kelly Pietrangeli from www.myprojectme.com
